Well i got back for seay center about a week ago...God why do i make friends easyly at thoes places huh??????well my parents have threated many times to put me back there which im not likeing ....you couldnt have shoe strings or a hodies with a Zipper,no earings or body jewerly no pens cause you might drink the ink no pencils with eracers cause ppl have burned then selfs by rubbing it aginist there skin.....why cant we let the crazy ppl run free as long as they dont hurt other ppl.
there was this kid named ryan he was there cause he wanted tokill his aunt....he called himself wigger hah more like cracker.he was sad when i got out ..."get introble so you can stay".Oh he was 13 and had sex with his girlfriend!!!hello i listened to brittany spears at that age....Mabye i was just a loser...... no waight i was a loser...

Aug 9, 2005- Claire having depression and anxiety problems manifested by major sleeping disorder. Meet with Ms Brooker MSW.
Aug 30th Claire has an appointment with Ms Brooker to discuss her problems. Will not go to appointment. Ms. Brooker talks with Claire on telephone for an hour.
Ms. Brooker gets Claire an appointment with a Doctor of Phychiatry.
Aug 31th. Claire meets with Doctor Collins. We are concerned about her
Depression and bad behavior. We show “dark drawings” to Doctor Collins
that Claire has drawn. Doctor Collins states that “Claire is in no real danger of harm or suicide because she has expressed her self in her drawings”
Doctor Collins gives Claire a starter pack of Zolof and tells her she can take the medication if she wants to. Claire will not take medication.
Aug 31st Telephone Ms Rodriguez and relate what is going on with Claire.
Sept 2nd Claire having trouble sleeping and getting up for school. I telephone Ms Strickland , Ms Rodriguez (DISD Phychologist) to keep informed.
Sept 4th Claire having major depression, telephone Doctor Collins.
Ask to see her as soon as possible but Doctor not able to see Claire for a week.
Sept 6th Learn about a program for teens with depression at The University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas. Made an appointment to see if we could get in the program.
Sept 14th Told Ms Strickland and MS. Rodriguez about the program.
Sept 15th We have our appointment to get Claire into program.
Sept 19th Meet with Ms. Strickland to update information.
Sept 21th We have our all day evaluation at U.T Southwestern. Claire and parents are interviewed.
Sept 26th Claire is accepted in program and starts medication, Prozac.
. She should be able to stay at home, go to school and take her medication. Claire will be treated by Doctor Tao at U.T.S.W.
Sept 29th Talk with Ms Rodriguez to update. She says she will meet with Claire when she (Ms. Rodriguez) has her Wednesday trip to Bryan Adams. (Because of the New Orleans students, Doctor appointments, they
never get to talk with each other)
Sept 30th I heard about the re-connect program and called to find out more information. I first talked with a gentleman at DISD headquarters who told me to call the school. I called the school and talked with Sharon Crouse. She didn’t have many details of the program.
Oct 3rd Had a very short conversation with the school Principal and was told Claire could not get into reconnect because of the core subjects and TAKS.
Oct 4th Left an updated message with Ms. Rodriguez.
Oct 5th Claire has appointment with Dr. Tao at U.T S.W.
Oct 6th Mother goes to parent teacher conference at the school and informs the teachers what is going on with Claire.
Oct 10th Claire has appointment with Dr. Tao at U.T.S.W.
Oct 17th Send letter to Ms.Strickland—to update information on Claire.
Oct 19th It has now been a month in treatment and Claire is showing improvement. She is working with us to get to bed early and has worked hard to make up her past due school work.
OCT 24th Claire has an appointment with Dr. Tao, she will not go!!
We call and change appointment to the 26th.
Oct 25th The Doctors assistant calls to talk with Claire about making the appointment on the 26th, Claire says she will be there.
Oct 26th Claire doesn’t go to appointment. Stopped taking medication.
Nov 1st Claire says she wants to go to Prima Care and get a complete physical. (all checks out fine)
Nov 4th Father visits with Ms. Strickland
Nov 7th Visit made to Ms. Strickland and Bob Detze (Truant officer) Requested a visit by Mr. Detz to our home.
Nov 11th Mr. Detz calls in the morning, Claire had been up most of the night( sleep disorder a major manifestation of her depression) Bob says he will call again later in the day.
Nov 16th U.T.S.W. called and said Claire needed to come in for a final appointment to close out the program. She would not go!
Dec 6th Meet with Ms Strickland and school nurse and find out about the “Telecare Mental Health Service”. They have a mobile crisis Team
That will come to the aid of someone in distress..
I called , hoping to have a team come out and get Claire to a Doctor or hospital. BUT, when I called, they said they can’t transport teenagers!
Dec 6th In fathers meeting with the school nurse ,was told about
The “Referral and Disability for Homebound Services” I was given paper work which I took right to U.T.S.W. and Doctor Tao. Doctor Tao said that since she had not seen Claire for a month, she could not fill out the paper work.
Dec8th Go to the Dallas County Mental Health Office . I wanted to see if I could get a mental health warrant for Claire.
I met with Christy Jones in charge of the warrants.
She asked me specific questions 1) Is Claire eating regularity? ---Ans Yes, in fact she seems very concerned about eating GOOD food.
2) Is she bathing regularity? ----Ans. Yes
3) Is she a threat to herself? ----Ans Not that we can tell. She stays in her room all the time(had not been out of the house for over a month) and when she does come out she seems fine.” We think she did some cutting about 2 to 3 weeks ago”. I was told that they can only act on events within 7 days.
Dec12th Father was told by a couple of teachers that there could be a possibility of hiring retired school teachers to come to the home. Father called the school and no one had any kind of information.
Jan 4,2006 Received a call from Ms.Rodriguez following up on Claire.
